This authentic pizza is carefully made with hand stretched dough, topped with the finest and freshest toppings, and baked in a wood fired oven the way pizza was meant to be made. Ingredients
Dough: 49% (soft Unbleached Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Yeast, Malted Wheat Flour), Mozzarella Cheese 29% (pasteurized Milk, Salt, Rennet, Lactic Ferments), Tomato Sauce 22% (tomato Purée, Water, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Sugar, Oregano, Black Pepper)
Directions
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 420 degrees F (215 degrees C). Oven must be preheated before baking. Remove pizza from all wrappings and thaw at room temperature (about 15 minutes). Bake for approximately 8 minutes (about 5 minutes for a toaster oven) until fully baked and all the cheese has melted. Drizzle with olive oil, if desired. Check pizza while it bakes as oven temperature and time may vary.
Keep frozen. Keep frozen until use. If thawed, do not refreeze.
