Fried Potato (56%) (Potato and Sunflower Oil), Pasteurized Liquid Egg (39%), Sunflower Oil, Salt, Egg Powder, Stabilizers (Carrageenan, Carrofin Gum, Xanthan Gum and Potassium Chloride), Modified Starch, Maltodextrin, Olive Oil (0.15%) and Acidulant (Citric Acid).

Directions
Preparation: It must always be cooked to consume. Remove the omelet from its packaging and brush with oil before heating it. Microwave: Cover the omelet with the microwave lid and heat for 3 minutes at maximum power (850 W). Saucepan: Place the omelet in the saucepan, cover it and keep it over a slow heat for 2 minutes on both sides. Oven: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the omelet on the grill and heat for 5 minutes.

Keep refrigerated between 0 degrees C – 4 degrees C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and eat within 24 hours.
