Paso Robles, Central Coast, CA- Tablas Creek chose three lots from the estate vineyard’s oldest blocks that emphasized Grenache’s freshness and avoided riper lots that tended toward higher alcohols. Aged in neutral oak until bottling, resulting in crunchy red fruit and spice.
