Ginger, Water, Sugar, Salt, Vinegar, Citric Acid, 1/10 Of 1% Of Potassium Benzoate, And Fd&c Certified Food Color, Red #3.
Directions
Server the crisp slivers of ginger chilled. Place a small mound on a plate of sushi or sashimi. Eat a little at a time between different varieties of sushi and at the end of the meal to cleanse the palate.
