Springer Mountain Farms Individually Wrapped 4 oz. Boneless Breast Fillets are individually vacuum-packed, and sealed to maintain freshness. They are trimmed and perfectly portioned at 4 oz. for a slightly smaller serving, making them convenient for a light meal or snack. The resealable outer bag allows you to cook as many, or as few, as you need at one time.

-Each package contains 6 Individually Wrapped Breast Fillets
-Average weight per bag: 1.50 lbs.
-Inner pouches are BPA Free and material is approved for sous vide method of cooking for thermal heating at 195 degrees and below, not to exceed 8 hours

Directions
Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandle or cooked improperly. For you protection, follow these safe handling instruction. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

Skillet-Coat skillet lightly with cooking spray or oil. Heat pan on medium to high heat. Add breasts to pan and brown 1 minute per side. Reduce heat cover, and cook an additional 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F at center of breast, turning 3 to 4 times (cook times may vary, adjust accordingly). Oven – Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place breasts on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F at center of breast (cook times may vary, adjust accordingly). Grill – Preheat grill. Grill breasts, cooking 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F at center of breast (cook times may vary, adjust accordingly). Prepare from thawed. Thaw in refrigerator. Product should be cooked within 48 hours of thawing.

Keep frozen.
