Texas- Dark honey, plum, and brandied cherries on the nose carry into the palate and are joined by stewed apricots, pipe tobacco and dark chocolate mint ice-cream on the finish. Saints Alley is the dream collaboration project of Chris Trevino and the Likarish Family.
