Loire Valley, France- Made from 100% Chenin Blanc, a medium-dry Vouvray. Very rich with subtle aromas of almond, acacia, quince and notes of honey on the palate. A long finish with traditional mineral notes. Pair with shellfish, seafood and mildly spicy foods.
