1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. For enhanced taste, add 1 Tbsp butter or oil and pinch of salt per cup of rice. 2. Stir in rice, cover with a tight fitting lid, and reduce heat to simmer. 3. Simmer for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork before serving.
