Directions
Twist the body of our waterproof eyeliner pencil until you have enough color at the tip to work with. Glide it along your lash line, starting from the inner corner of your eye and working outward. Go intense and dramatic or create a softer, smoky look by using the smudger tool right after applying. Keep the pencil sharp with the built-in sharpener.
