Keta Salmon (water, Salt), Soy Sauce (water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Sugar, Contains 2% Or Less Of The Following: Sesame Seeds, Sesame Oil, Garlic, Ginger Puree (ginger, Canola Oil, Citric Acid), Rice Vinegar, Modified Rice Starch, Cornstarch, Gums (guar, Locust Bean And Xanthan), Natural Flavors.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: Achieve best results by thawing 8-12 hours (or overnight) in refrigerator. Thaw quickly by placing sealed fish under cold running water 5-10 minutes. Prepare fish when thawed; do not refreeze thawed fish. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Remove fish from packaging and place on baking sheet. Bake 14-16 minutes on middle rack of oven, and until 145 degrees F. Let rest 2 minutes and serve. Ovens vary; adjust cooking time as needed. Stovetop: Preheat large nonstick saute pan on medium. Place 2 teaspoons oil in pan. Remove fish from packaging and place in pan. Cook 4 minutes on each side and until 145 degrees F. Let rest 2 minutes and serve. Grill/Grill Pan: Lightly oil grill before heating. Heat grill on medium. Remove fish from packaging and place on grill. Grill 4 minutes on each side and until 145 degrees F. Let rest 2 minutes and serve.
