Ingredients
Applewood smoked bacon (cured with water, salt, sugar, smoke flavoring, sodium phosphates, sodium nitrite. May also contain sodium ascorbate, sodium erythorbate, flavoring, potassium chloride, dextrose). Seasonings (sugar, natural bacon flavor (maltodextrin, autolyzed yeast extract, natural flavor (contains natural smoke flavor), sugar, salt), ground chilies, salt, spices, granulated garlic, granulated onion.
Directions
Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection follow these handling instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Instructions: If frozen, thaw completely. Remove from package. For Oven: Place on a roasting pan bacon side up. Roast in a preheated 425 degrees F oven for 23-34 minutes until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. Remove from oven and let the tenderloin stand for several minutes before slicing. Ovens vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. For Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place tenderloin on foil on grate bacon side up over indirect, medium heat. Grill for 23-34 minutes and until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. Remove from grill and let the tenderloin stand for several minutes before slicing. Grill temperatures vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
