These croutons are prepared using Olive Garden’s own recipe and are the same ones you will find in our restaurants. Our croutons are made with Romano cheese, seasoned with garlic, Italian herbs & spices, and baked to a delicious golden brown.

Ingredients
Bread (enriched Flour (wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Enzymes), Canola And/or Sunflower Oil (with Rosemary Extract And Ascorbic Acid [to Preserve Freshness]), Seasoning (whey Powder, Salt, Maltodextrin, Garlic Powder, Dehydrated Parsley, Yeast Extract, Romano Cheese Solids From Cow’s Milk [part Skim Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Corn Syrup Solids, Cultured Nonfat Milk, Natural Flavors, Paprika [color], Sugar, Extractive Of Paprika [color]).

Directions
In a large salad serving bowl, toss together the lettuce mix, onion slices, olives, pepperoncini peppers, tomatoes, and croutons. Add dressing and toss to combine. Serve with fresh parmesan cheese and black pepper to taste.
