Directions
Cooking instructions: Sort and rinse beans prior to cooking. Dried beans are a raw agricultural product and may contain foreign material. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add the contents of the large bag to the boiling water. Covert tightly and simmer over a low heat for 1 hour or until tender, stirring occasionally. Season with spice packet to desired taste during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Makes 5 one- cup servings. For a heartier meal, try adding chicken meat (note: if chicken or meat is added, soup is not parve) or vegetables
