Filling: Beef, Diced Red Bell Pepper, Sliced Green Olives (olives, Water Salt, Acetic Acid, Citric Acid And Spices), Diced Onions, Sunflower Oil, Pregelatinized Wheat Starch, Dry Garlic, Dry Onion Flakes, Salt, Paprika, Guar Gum, Crushed Red Pepper Flakes. Dough: Wheat Flour, Water, Margarine (refined Tallow Fat, Water, Emulsifier (mono And Diglycerides, Potassium Sorbate (used As Preservative), Bht (used As Preservative)), Salt, Calcium Propionate (used As Preservative) And Potassium Sorbate (used As Preservative), Citric Acid And Egg.
Directions
Heating Instructions: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven 415 degrees F. Remove item from wrapper. Heat on baking sheet 10-12 min best. Remove item from wrapper microwave high 60 sec for 1 empanada quickest. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. For best results do not thaw turnovers before microwaving. Microwave times may vary. Caution: Allow product to stand for 1 min before serving. For Food Safety and Best Quality: Keep frozen. Before cooking product, thaw it in the refrigerator. Cook thoroughly before eating. Use caution; product will be hot.
