Ingredients
Yellow Corn Meal, Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Spices, Citric Acid, Dried Garlic, Paprika, Tri-calcium Phosphate (to Prevent Caking).
Directions
Cooking Instructions: 1. Rinse fish well in ice cold water. Shake off excess water. 2. Firmly press fish into the Seafood Breading Mix until completely coated. 3. Deep fry fish at 350 degrees F until golden brown and internal temperature is 145 degrees F. Enjoy! Variations: Simply follow the same fish fry directions to prepare tasty oysters, shrimp and vegetables. Coats up to 3 lbs. of fish.
