Directions: Servings: 1; 1/2 cup protein oats; 3/4 cup water (use milk for 6 g of extra protein per serving); pinch of salt (optional). Servings: 2; 1 cup protein oats; 1-1/2 cups water (use milk for 6 g of extra protein per serving); 1/8 tsp salt (optional). Servings: 4; 2 cups protein oats; 3 cups water (use milk for 6 g of extra protein per serving); 1/4 tsp salt (optional). Microwave: 1. Shake canister well before each use. 2. For 1 serving, combine Protein Oats, water (use milk for 6 g of extra protein per serving), and salt (optional) into a microwave safe bowl. 3. Stir until combined. 4. Heat in microwave on high for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. (Directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Microwaves vary. Adjust cooking time as needed). Caution! Bowl and contents will be hot.
