California- American India Pale Ale (IPA)- 6.5% ABV. 50 IBUs. Bronze Medal GABF 2016. Restrained bitterness and alcohol of a classic IPA with newer tropical fruit hop flavors and aromas of Mosaic. Additional hops are Simcoe and CTZ, adding layers of tropical fruit, pine and dankness.
