Ireland- Aged 10 years in Oloroso Cask. Crisp notes of malt accompanied with a hint of vanilla and oak, fresh and light on the palate with layers of fruit and sweetness leading to a soft finish. Best enjoyed on the rocks or paired with ginger ale.
