Ingredients
Cauliflower, Heavy Cream, Cheddar Cheese (milk, Water, Salt; Cheese Culture, Enzymes), Butter Ghee (milk), Water, Cheese Powder (cheddar Cheese [milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes], Whey, Buttermilk Solids Salt), Tapioca Starch, Sea Salt, Yeast Extract, Black Pepper.
Directions
Heating Instructions: Microwave: 1. Get Ready: Cut open pouch, and pour mashed cauliflower into provided tray or microwave-safe bowl. Cover with paper towel. 2. Heat: Heat for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave, stir, and heat for additional 1-2 minutes. Caution: Tray and contents will be hot. 3. Enjoy!: Remove from microwave, stir, and serve. Hot Water Bath: 1. Heat: Fill pot with water and bring to boil. Turn heat down to medium-high, and carefully submerge pouch. Cover with lid for 6-8 minutes. 2. Enjoy!: Remove pouch with tongs and cool for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy! Caution: Pouch will be hot.
Perishable – Keep refrigerated. Ok to freeze for 6 months. Defrost in fridge for minimum 12 hours, then follow heating instructions.
