Scotland – Islay & Islands – 40.000% – On the nose is toasted coconut and vanilla with a touch of butterscotch in tow. The palate is soft and sweet to start, with creamy toffee and hints of poached pear, cinnamon, and cocoa to finish. Matured in American white oak ex bourbon casks.
