Microwave: ALWAYS FOLLOW HEATING INSTRUCTIONS. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE. MicrowaveInstructions were developed using an 1100-watt microwave oven. Ovens vary; heat times may need to be adjusted.
