Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Always cook to 165 degrees F (well done). Skillet: Preheat skillet with medium heat setting. Lightly oil pan and place frozen burger in nonstick skillet. Cook each side for 2 minutes to sear in juices. Continue cooking 4 minutes per side until burger reaches 165 degrees F and juices run clear. 16 minutes. Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat setting. Place frozen burger on grill. Cook each side for 4 min to sear in juices. Continue cooking 4 minutes per side until burger reaches 165 degrees F and juices run clear. 16 minutes. Broiler: Preheat oven on high broil setting. Place frozen burgers on broiler pan and position 4 inches from heat source. Broil 4 minutes on each side. Continue cooking 4 minutes per side until burger reaches 165 degrees F and juices run clear. 16 minutes.
