United States – Illinois – We’ve combined our house yeast, Tim, with pilsner malts, wheat, orange & lemon zest and finished it with Mandarina Bavaria, Amarillo, & Pacifica Hops. The result is a seasonable beer with the flavor and complexity of something twice its weight.
