Cooking Instructions: Absorption Method: 1. Bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. 2. Add 1 cup of Iberia Jasmine Rice (washed & drained). 3. Cover the saucepan. Lower the heat, simmer for 18-20 minutes until the rice is tender and all the water is absorbed. 4. Remove from heat, keep covered for 5 minutes. Electric Rice Cooker: 1. 1 cup of Iberia Jasmine Rice (washed & drained). 2. 1 cup of water at room temperature. 3. Cover the cooker, cook for 25 minutes. 4. Wait for cooker to change into warm, let stand for 10 minutes. Microwave Method: 1. Place 1 cup of Iberia Jasmine Rice (washed & drained) into a deep microwave bowl. 2. Add 1.5 cups of water at room temperature. 3. Cook uncovered on high for 20 minutes. 4. Let stand in microwave (off) for at least 15 minutes. Please Note: The above is based on an 800 watt oven, heating times may very depending on the heating capabilities and characteristics of individual ovens.
