Japan – A 100% malt craft whisky. Aged for 12 years in American Oak Casks then finished in bespoke barrels that previously held superior Umeshu liqueur for an additional 6 months. A rich profile of cereals pear, apricots and hint of malty honey. Finish with touch of sweetness from plum.
