Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking instructions: Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Oven: (1) Remove outer packaging before cooking. (2) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. (3) Place pork tender in shallow roasting pan (If cooking 2 tenders space 2-3 inches apart and cook covered for 25-30 minutes then uncovered for additional 10 minutes). (4) Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. (5) Uncover and bake for additional 5-10 minutes until tender reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (thickest part) or juices run clear.
