Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Instructions: Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Skillet: (1) Remove outer packaging before cooking. (2) Place bacon slices in skillet or frying pan over medium to medium high heat. (3) Turn frequently, allowing slices to brown evenly, or to desired crispness. Oven: (1) Remove outer packaging before cooking. (2) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. (3) Arrange bacon slices in a single layer in shallow baking dish lined with foil. (4) Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning slices to brown evenly, or to desired crispness.
