Cooking Instructions: Microwave: Microwave ovens vary. Adjust times as needed to reach 165 degrees F. Do not thaw; cook from frozen. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Leftovers should be refrigerated immediately. Reheat via stovetop instructions prior to consumption. 1. Place 3 cups frozen cauliflower rice in a microwave-safe bowl; cover bowl. 2. Microwave on high for recommended cook time based on your microwave wattage. 3. Carefully remove bowl from microwave. Let stand 1-2 minute after cooking. Remove cover slowly to release any remaining steam, then stir and drain any excess liquid. Serve. Microwave cook time for Riced Cauliflower: Wattage: 1200; 5-6 minutes. Wattage: 1000; 7 minutes. Wattage: 800; 7-8 minutes. Stovetop: 1. Add 3 cups frozen cauliflower rice into a 2-quart saucepan; add 1/4 cup of water. 2. Cover pan with lid and cook over medium for 11-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through. 3. Remove pan from heat and set aside 1-2 minutes, drain and serve.
Serving Suggestions: Using cooked product, stir in cheese and cooked chicken for a cheesy chicken rice dish. Or refrigerate to cool and add a refreshing vinaigrette for a great BBQ side item.
Keep frozen until ready to use.
