Directions
Duration of Use: Drink daily for no longer than 4 weeks. Brewing Instructions: 1. Bring fresh, cold water to a rolling boil. 2. Pour 8 oz water over one tea bag and steep 5-10 minutes. 3. Remove tea bag. Drink 2-3 cups daily.

Warnings
Cautions: Each tea bag contains approximately 10 mg caffeine. Consult a health practitioner before drinking if you are taking any prescription drugs or if you have gallstones. In rare cases, chicory and fennel may be associated with allergic skin reactions. Discomfort due to gastric hyperacidity may occur after taking herbs that contain bitter substances such as chicory and dandelion. Do not use if your have obstructed bile ducts, inflammation of the gallbladder, loose stools, or painful obstruction of the bowel; if your are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you are allergic to plants in the daisy (Asteraceae) family such as chamomile, echinacea, chicory, or dandelion. Not recommended for use by children under 12 years of age.
