Ingredients
Broccoli, Water, Contains Less Than 2% Of: Cheddar Cheese (milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Parmesan Cheese (partially Skim Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Ricotta Cheese (whey, Milkfat, Lactic Acid, Salt), Butter (cream, Natural Flavor), Buttermilk, Cayenne Pepper Sauce (salt, Cayenne Peppers, Vinegar, Garlic), Dextrose, Garlic Powder, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Maltodextrin, Modified Corn Starch, Modified Whey, Natural Flavor, Onion Powder, Paprika And Annatto Extract (color), Salt, Sodium Alginate, Sugar, Whey, Xanthan Gum, Yeast Extract.

Directions
Must cook thoroughly- see cook instructions. Simply Steam (Microwave right in the bag). Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave (recommended method): 1. Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage (Wattage vary; adjust time for your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200; Time on high: 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 min. Microwave wattage (Wattage vary; adjust time for your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended) 1000; Time on high: 5 1/2 to 6 min. Microwave wattage (Wattage vary; adjust time for your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended) 700; Time on high: 7 to 7 1/2 min. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. Stove-Top (important: do not heat pouch in boiling water): 1. Empty contents of pouch into 2-quart non-stick saucepan. 2. Cover; cook over medium heat 10 to 17 minutes, breaking up and stirring occasionally.
