Highlands, Scotland – From a highly limited purchase of 20 rare casks totaling approximately 2400 bottles of 31-year-old single malt. Spicy toffee, hints of sherry, leather, orange and clove. Surprisingly balanced for the age, medium bodied with a long, sweet finish.
