Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Fill large pot with water; place over high heat. Bring water to boil and season with salt. Add yuca, making sure it’s covered completely with water; return water to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer, gently stirring occasionally, until yuca is completely tender, about 20 to 30 minutes. Drain and serve. Microwave: Place yuca in large, microwave-safe bowl; add enough water to cover yuca completely and season with salt. Microwave on high power until yuca is completely tender, about 25 to 35 minutes. Drain and serve. (Stovetops and microwave ovens vary; cooking time is approximate. For food safety and best quality: Cook from a frozen state; use caution product with be hot). Keep frozen.
