Ingredients
Minced Pollock, Breadcrumb Coating, Vegetable Oil. Minced Pollock Breadcrumb Coating Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Whey. Vegetable Oil Canola And/or Soybean Oil.

Directions
Cooking Directions:Not Fully Cooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook.Conventional Oven:1. Move oven rack to middle of oven.2. Heat oven to 425degF.3. Arrange uncooked fish sticks in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between fillets.4. Bake uncovered 12–14 minutes* until coating is golden brown and crunchy. Turn fillets over after 8 minutes of cooking.Cook sticks thoroughly before serving.*Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165degF or higher before serving.Microwaving is not recommended., Keep frozen.
