Ingredients
Fresh Zucchini, Cracker Meal (wheat Flour), Fresh Onions, Canola Oil, Fresh Carrots, Egg Whites, Potato Starch, Salt, Garlic, Basil

Directions
Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Conventional or Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen pancakes on a baking sheet or aluminum foil. Heat for 8-10 minutes on each side. Skillet: Heat frozen pancakes at medium setting (300 degrees F) with a little oil or cooking spray for approximately 5 minutes on each side.
