Directions
14-16 mins: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Bake frozen f’sh filets on a nonstick baking sheet for 14 to 16 minutes, turning once halfway through. 12-14 mins: Countertop Air Fryer: Arrange single layer of f’sh filets on bottom of fryer basket or rack. Cook at 400 degrees F for 12 to 14 minutes. 3-4 mins: Short on time? Microwave (1100 watt)/Stovetop: First Microwave: Place two frozen f’sh filets on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 1 minute. Transfer to a nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side. 5 to 5-1/2 mins: Fryer: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen f’sh filets for 5 to 5-1/2 minutes. For food safety and quality. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F.
