Water, Cooked Rice (water, White Rice), Cooked Black Beans, Corn, Tomato Paste, Tomatoes, Green Bell Peppers, Textured Soy Protein Concentrate, Less Than 2% Of: Canola Oil, Spices, Brown Sugar, Garlic Powder, Yeast Extract, Onion Powder, Salt, Rice Vinegar, Tamari Sauce (water, Soybeans, Salt, Vinegar), Paprika, Caramel Color, Sugar, Natural Flavors.

Directions
Microwave (110 0 Watt): Remove bowl from carton and place in microwave. No need to vent. Cook on high for 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir gently. Cook as directed. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F.
