Made from the leg of the Serrano pig, our Jamón Serrano has been dry cured for at least 12 months. It has less fat than prosciutto and a much firmer texture. This provides an outstanding accompaniment for the tangy, fruity, and nutty Manchego that is inside. While they are absolutely delicious enough to enjoy on their own, our panino is ideal to serve as the centerpiece of a meat and cheese snack tray at your next party. They are easy-to-serve and are a great way to start the meal or share with friends as an easy tapas.
