Fresh Plantain, Vegetable Oil.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: Deep Fryer or Pan Fry: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Place small amount of plantains in fryer. Fry plantains 3 to 4 minutes, until browned. Drain oil from plantains and serve warm. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Place one layer of frozen plantains on cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until browned. Microwave Oven: Place frozen plantains in a covered, microwave-safe dish, heat on high setting for 2 to 3 minutes, and allow to stand covered for 1 minute. Microwave heating times are approximate and may vary.
Keep frozen.
