Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: Empty plantain slices into greased frying pan and fry for 3 minutes at medium heat turning once. Or preheat oil to 350 degrees F and deep fry the plantain slices. Microwave: Place the precooked plantain slices on a microwave oven proof dish. Heat for approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, place the plantain slices on a baking sheet and cook for 3-4 minutes.
