Directions
Instructions: Without defrosting, place cassava in a sauce pan with enough hot water to cover it. Add one teaspoon of salt and one of lemon juice. Cover it and boil about thirty minutes until cassava is tender. Remove the inner stem before consuming. French Fried Cassava: Cut cooked cassava lengthwise, sprinkle with lemon juice and fry in vegetable oil until crisp.
Keep frozen.
