Directions
Serving Suggestions: 1. Top a cracker with a dollop of creme fraiche, a slice of smoked salmon and a sprig of dill. 2. Slice a croissant and lay-in thin layers of smoked salmon with capers and cream cheese. 3. Spoon fresh potato salad on a plate and top with smoked salmon and ground black pepper.
