Bleached Wheat Flour Enriched (bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Buttermilk Powder, Leavening (sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Less Than 2% Of: Dried Sour Cream (sour Cream Powder [cream, Cultures, Lactic Acid], Cultured Nonfat Milk Solids, Citric Acid), Whey, Salt, Soy Protein Concentrate, Soy Protein Isolate, Guar Gum, Soy Lecithin.

You Will Need: 1 pkg (16 oz) Dolly Parton Biscuit Mix. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives. 12 tablespoons butter, divide use. 1 cup milk. Pam cooking spray. 1. Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray large baking sheet with Pam cooking spray. 2. Mix: Stir together biscuit mix, cheese, and chives in large bowl. Cut in 10 tablespoons cold butter using your hands, a pastry cutter, or food processor. Create coarse crumbs of butter and incorporate into the dry mix. 3. Stir Stir in milk using a scoop-down and fold-over motion until soft dough forms. Do not overwork the dough. 4. Bake: Divide dough into portions, about 3 tablespoons each and drop onto baking sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes, until golden brown. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter and brush over hot biscuits before serving. Do not eat raw dough.
