Here we make our Spinach Paneer from scratch by finely chopping fresh spinach (palak) and cooking it down with a zesty blend of ginger, garlic and other delicious spices. We add savory pieces of our homestyle paneer (cheese) and turmeric rice. We find it is best served with a cheesy joke. Get it?

Directions
Cooking Directions: (1100 watt microwave). Puncture film 3 times. Microwave on high. Peel back film enough to stir gently. Re-cover with film. Heat on high. Let stand for 2 minutes, remove film & dig in!
