De Cecco Pasta Fusilli. Made with coarse durum wheat semolina to preserve the gluten integrity and obtain a signature pasta with a distinctive taste. This product is knead with cool water at a temperature of less than 59°F to ensure our pasta maintains its firmness after cooking. Enriched macaroni product.
Ingredients
Durum Wheat Semolina, Vitamins (niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Iron (ferrous Lactate).
Directions
Water: 6 qt. Salt: 212 degrees F. Pasta: 1 lb. Drain. Cooking Time: 9-11 Min. Suggestion for Perfect Cooking: Use 6 quarts of water per 1 lb of pasta. Bring water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water. Stir from time to time.
Store away from heat, humidity and direct sunlight.
