Islay, Scotland – Traditionally aged in oak casks for a minimum of 33 years. Vibrant and lively with a rich floral note of lavender and spring blossom. The initial taste is slightly dry then builds in sweetness as layers of light fruit, delicate blossom and sweet smoke unfold.
