Cleveland Kitchen’s Classic Kimchi is a vegan Kimchi with a thick, crunchy cut and just the right balance of spice and sweetness. After years of home batches, we wanted to share our take on this classic, so we worked with local Korean chefs to develop this rich, fresh, spicy and delicious ferment. This raw, gluten-free kimchi is packed with flavor from non-GMO gochugaru pepper, greens, and garlic. Enjoy on traditional Korean dishes, with eggs and avocado toast, or by the forkful!
Ingredients
Cabbage, Mustard Greens, Apple, Garlic, Sugar, Carrot, Green Onion, Salt, Gochugaru Red Pepper, Ginger.
