Substitution Guide: 1 cup sour cream or creme fraiche = 1 cup Cabot Greek yogurt. 1 cup mayo = 1/2 cup mayo + 2/3 cup Cabot Greek yogurt. 1 cup butter = 1/2 cup butter + 1/4 cup Cabot Greek yogurt. 1 cup oil = 1/3 cup oil + 2/3 cup Cabot Greek yogurt. 1 cup heavy cream = 1/2 cup heavy cream + 1/2 cup Cabot Greek yogurt. 1 cup milk or cream = 3/4 cup milk or cream + 1/4 cup Cabot Greek yogurt. 1 cup buttermilk = 1/3 cup milk + 2/3 cup Cabot Greek yogurt. 1 cup ricotta cheese = 1/2 cup ricotta cheese + 1/2 cup Cabot Greek yogurt. 1 oz. cream cheese = 4 oz. cream cheese + 1/2 cup Cabot Greek yogurt. 1 oz. mascarpone = 4 oz. mascarpone + 1/2 cup Cabot Greek yogurt.
