Crumbled (Skillet): Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. Preheat over medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add ground turkey and separate into crumbles; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes. Cook until turkey is well done, reaching 165°F as measured with a meat thermometer.

Patties (Skillet): Season turkey as desired and shape into ¼ pound patties, 4-inch diameter. Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. Preheat over medium to medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add patties; cook 8–10 minutes, turning 2 to 3 times. Cook until center is well done, reaching 165°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
