Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

Pan Fry: Cooking DirectionsCrumbled (Skillet): Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. Preheat over medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add ground turkey and separate into crumbles; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes. Cook until turkey is well done, reaching 165°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
Cooking DirectionsPatties (Skillet): Season turkey as desired and shape into ¼ pound patties, 4-inch diameter. Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. Preheat over medium to medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add patties; cook 8  to 10 minutes, turning 2 to 3 times. Cook until center is well done, reaching 165°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
