Shake well.

For Recipe Purposes: 2 Tbsp = 1 large egg white. 1/4 Cup = 2 large egg whites. 1/2 Cup = 4 large egg whites.

Keep refrigerated. When kept refrigerated at 40 degrees F or less, this product has a shelf life as indicated on the package. Product can be frozen, if unopened. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. For best results, keep refrigerated. Pasteurized.

Twisting cap breaks seal. No pull ring.

After opening, use within 7 days.
